UP LS Actuator

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. System Power must be turned OFF. Refer to Lockout / Tagout for System Cabinet PDU Main Breaker...
  2. Remove the scissor covers from the table. SCISSOR COVERS
  3. Loosen the defective Up LS actuator lock nut with the help of 7/16 spanner.

  4. Remove the defective Up LS actuator Locknut and the Up LS Actuator.

  5. Fix the new Up LS Actuator to the table top. And then the Lock nut to the Up LS actuator.
  6. Ensure the orientation of the Up Ls actuator such a way that it actuates the limit switch when the table is taken to top most condition.

  7. Tighten the Lock nut of the Up LS Actuator.

  8. Fix the scissor covers from the table.
  9. Fix the FRP Covers of the Table.
