Rear Pedestal Sensor Flag Replacement

FERROUS MATERIAL HAZARD!!
THE PULLEY ASSEMBLY CONTAINS PARTS MADE WITH FERROUS COMPONENTS. HOLDING THIS ASSEMBLY TOO CLOSE TO THE MAGNET BORE WILL FORCIBLY ATTRACT IT TO THE MAGNET.
TO PREVENT POSSIBLE BODILY INJURY, OR DAMAGE TO COMPONENTS, REMOVE THE ASSEMBLY DIRECTLY, NOT MOVING IT IN THE MAGNETIC FIELD MORE THAN IS NECESSARY.

Overview

Remove L Rear pedestal cover (Refer to Rear Pedestal Cover.).

Move the LPCA to IN direction as shown illustration. (Reference Value 180 mm to IN direction)
Check that there is Sensor Flag at position of illustration.

System Power must be turned OFF. Refer to Lockout / Tagout for System Cabinet PDU Main Breaker
Loosen the belt tension with belt tension lever.

Remove the Sensor Flag by removing the 2 screws.

Restore it by reversing the order of the removal procedure.
