PA COIL COAXIAL AND DC CABLE

Prerequisites

Figure 1. DO NOT TAKE THE TABLE BEYOND THE MARKED LINE

Procedure

  1. Turn the system power OFF. Refer to .
  2. Remove the FRP Covers of the Table.
  3. Remove the scissor covers from the table. SCISSOR COVERS
  4. Remove the cable cramp and track and remove cables.

    1. Snap open cable clamp.

    2. Snap open cable track at end link.

    3. Snap open cable track.

  5. Remove the Cradle from the table. Refer to Posterior Array Coil Replacement without removing Fixed Table
  6. Disconnect the Control Board Cable-2 (TEB Cable) Assembly to the connector box.

  7. Disconnect the Control Board Cable (TEB Cable) Assembly to the connector box.

  8. Now open the Cable track to the total length.

  9. Remove the Support Block from the table.

  10. Remove the cables from the cable track and Table. Now the Control board cable assembly is free to remove from table.

  11. Place the new Control board cable assembly on the open Cable track to the total length.

  12. Ensure proper projection length is given for the connection.

  13. Press the Cable Track keeping the cable inside the Track.

  14. Rout the cables in the table and wind the spiral tube around all Assemblies.

  15. Connect the Control Board Cable (TEB Cable) Assembly to the connector box.

  16. Connect the Control Board Cable-2 (TEB Cable) Assembly to the connector box.

  17. Restore Cradle Assy.
  18. Fix the scissor covers to the table. Refer to SCISSOR COVERS.
  19. Move the Fixed Table and install to Dock Frame.
  20. Connect the Cables to the MR Gantry.
  21. Fix the FRP Covers of the Table.
