Convert Board 3

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. System Power must be turned OFF. Refer to Lockout / Tagout for System Cabinet PDU Main Breaker...

    • Wear the static electricity prevention wrist band when accessing the cables below cradle not to damage the electronics module such as Mega SW.
  2. Remove FRP bottom covers of Fixed Table.
    1. Remove the Rubber cap and then screws of the FRP bottom cover on the near the Gantry end of the Table.

    2. Similarly remove the cap and screws of the FRP bottom cover on the rear end of the Table.

    3. Remove the right Bottom FRP Cover. Similarly remove the left Bottom FRP cover on the other side

    4. Now remove the Dock FRP Cover Locking screws and then the Dock FRP cover carefully.

    5. Keep both Bottom FRP Covers and Dock FRP covers aside safely.
  3. Disconnect all cables from convert board3.

  4. Remove defective Convert Board 3 by removing four screws.

  5. Install new Convert Board 3 by reverse order of removal.
