Look at the Measurement(s) you made on each data sheet. If any of the data sheets have been checked as  "Failed" , you need to begin your troubleshooting with the circuitry on that data sheet.

Possible Solutions:

1. Misadjusted RF amplifier or amplifier stage.
2. Run Exciter diagnostics. (Exciter output is not field adjustable)
3. Bad T/R power Supply in SSM. Look in the block diagrams manual and trace circuitry to power supply at fault.
4. Misadjusted power Supply.
5. Bad Preamp Bias Power supply. Look in the block diagrams manual and trace circuitry to TNF.
6. Excessive AC Ripple on DC voltage.
7. Broken cabling.
