Service Engineering- provides documentation, “Train the Trainer” support and basic class development. Also provides “cross-zone” Trending measurement tools to address global training needs.
ZSE’s- use measurement questionnaires within zones and data from Serv. Engineering to target development of common training modules to be shared in each zone. (pre-requisite to MSI)
Build on FBT measurement/Tools framework. Target development of common Training Modules to share in Zones.
“Start with ZONE with the most need, and slowly RAISE the bar”
NOT ALL ZONES can train the same way.
Business critical: Free up ZSE’s to concentrate on resolving the least
common problems. Refocus as source of expertise to local FE’s.
