Re-introduce updated documentation and Troubleshooting flowcharts
into Field troubleshooting process directed by the ZSE’s.
Service Engineering- provides tools to develop a FBT process based on
the current documentation and updated Troubleshooting Flowcharts.
ZSE’s- use measurement questionnaires and basic training tools on CDROM to determine baseline training level and correctly target and deliver “training”, to only those FE’s who need mentoring.
Recognize that a re-introduction to the current documentation
and Troubleshooting flowcharts is “Training”.
“Start with FE’s with the most need, and slowly RAISE the bar”
NOT ALL FE’s need the same level of “training”.
